Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulverization system for efficiently pulverizing cement using a vertical mill and efficiently drying cement clinker and gypsum dihydrate in a mixed state.SOLUTION: The pulverization system according to the present invention comprises: a raw material hopper for discharging cement clinker; a raw material hopper for discharging gypsum dihydrate; a vertical mill for pulverizing the cement clinker and gypsum dihydrate and taking the raw materials out with heating gas blown into the mill; a dust collector for separating and collecting the raw materials taken out together with the heating gas from the mill; and a dryer for drying the raw materials collected by the dust collector. The cement clinker and gypsum dihydrate are pulverized in the vertical mill, taken out together with the heating gas, separated into heating gas and raw materials by the dust collector. When the raw materials are supplied to the dryer and dried, the heating gas separated by the dust collector is supplied to a gas supply port of the vertical mill to save the thermal energy.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
