Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method of operating a two-stroke internal combustion engine system, capable of adjusting a temperature without using a large-size blower.SOLUTION: A method of producing a two-stroke engine system having engine data, a two-stroke internal combustion engine in which a scavenging air is supplied and an exhaust gas is generated, and a gas purifier for purifying the exhaust gas, includes a step for measuring a first temperature at an upstream side of an inlet of the gas purifier, a step for providing a target temperature, a step for comparing the first temperature and the target temperature to provide temperature difference, and a step for adjusting a cylinder bypass valve on the basis of the temperature difference to open or close the same to allow more or less scavenging gas to enter into the exhaust gas at an upstream side of a turbine of the turbocharger to damp temperature vibration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
