Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing nozzle clogging of coating machine, printing machine and printer, etc. SOLUTION: This method for preventing nozzle clogging comprises a process that the surrounding of nozzle opening part is kept in a humidified state when a water emulsion composition exists in a nozzle and a process that the composition contains specified hetero-phase structural particles obtained by a multistage emulsion polymerization method and a wetting agent of which the vaporization rate is calculated to be <30 when the vaporizing rate of butyl acetate is 100.
