Abstract:
To provide a method for manufacturing carbonized products from high-water content biomass without drying the biomass within a relatively low temperature range by a short-time energy-saving method.
The method for manufacturing the carbonized products from the high-water content biomass having a water content of at least 50% comprises heating the high-water content biomass in a non-oxidizing atmosphere at 100-400°C under a reaction pressure of 1-150 atm.
