Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recycle used boots by recovering the boots and producing a raw material from the recovered boots. SOLUTION: The used injection-molded boot in which a boot main body and lining are integrated is cleaned, crushed, segregated, and palletized. The boot main body is a synthetic resin layer injection-molded by using a boot material, and the lining is a backing cloth laminated integrally on the inner surface of the synthetic resin layer of the boot main body. Used boots used in a factory are recovered (step S1). Substances adherent to the injection-molded boots are washed off (step S2). Next, the boots are crushed into coarse particles, and the particles are pulverized into fine particles to be segregated into the synthetic resin and the lining (step S3). The obtained fine particle of the synthetic resin are pulverized to obtain the raw material pellets of the material of the boot main body.
