Title:
熱可塑性材料のリサイクル方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5366275
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
Pre-treating, reprocessing or recycling of waste thermoplastic plastic material in any form, comprises heating the plastic material in at least a receiving container or a reactor under constant mixing or stirring and/or comminuting at a temperature below the melting temperature, preferably over the glass transition temperature of the plastic material and simultaneously crystallizing, drying and/or purifying the plastic material, where at least one rotatable comminuting or mixing tool is used for mixing and/or heating the plastic materials. Pre-treating, reprocessing or recycling of waste thermoplastic plastic material in any form, comprises heating the plastic material in at least a receiving container or a reactor under constant mixing or stirring and/or comminuting at a temperature below the melting temperature, preferably over the glass transition temperature of the plastic material and simultaneously crystallizing, drying and/or purifying the plastic material, where at least one rotatable comminuting or mixing tool, optionally arranged on several overlapping levels, optionally around a vertical axis, with working edges that shows good comminuting and/or mixing effect, is used for mixing and/or heating the plastic materials, where the heating takes place preferably by applying mechanical energy.
