Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a replacement method for a cushioning material that enables replacement work for a cushioning material of a soundproof wall to be easily performed, even when there is no space outside a railway track for using a high lift work vehicle or a crane truck.SOLUTION: The replacement method for a cushioning material of a soundproof wall includes: a first step of forming a gap between top and bottom sound insulation board materials 12, 12; a second step of temporarily fixing a sliding-side member 21 to a support post 11, while inserting an insertion plate 23 into the gap; a third step of fixing a stationary-side member 25 to a position on a support post 11 below the sliding-side member 21; a fourth step of installing a jack 26 on a top surface of the stationary-side member 25; a fifth step of lifting the top sound insulation board material 12 using the jack 26 and through the insertion plate 23, after releasing the temporary fixing while keeping the sliding-side member 21 fitted on the support post 11; a sixth step of removing a cushioning material 13 remaining between the top and bottom sound insulation board materials 12, 12; and a seventh step of installing a new cushioning material 13N on a top surface of the bottom sound insulation board material 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
