Abstract:
To omit labor and time necessary for a cleaning operation of sponges at a laver manufacturing factory.SOLUTION: In the present invention, a first sponge (18) used for dehydrating a laver dough made into a laver screen (2) is removed from a laver manufacturing machine (1) and transferred from a laver manufacturing factory (19) to a sponge washing factory (20). The used first sponge (18) carried out is washed and carried from the sponge washing factory (20) to the laver manufacturing factory (19), and when the used second sponge (18) is removed from the laver manufacturing machine (1), it was decided to repeat the process of replacing with the first sponge (18) which had been carried in and washed. Also, the first sponge (18) is transported in and out between a plurality of laver manufacturing factories (19) and one sponge washing factory (20). Furthermore, it was decided that a maintenance company of the laver manufacturing machine (1) would carry out, carry in, and replace the first sponge (18).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
