Abstract:
The method involves routing data received by a radio frequency identification (RFID) type contact-less data reception/emission interface (CLINT) via a contact-less data transmission channel to one of host processors (HP1, HP2). The routing involves determining a reception point of the data in the processor by a controller (NFCC) by utilizing an operating mode (Mi) e.g. reading, emulation or device mode, and a contact-less communication protocol (PTi) as reception point determining criteria, where the mode and the protocol are utilized by the interface to create the channel. An independent claim is also included for a data emission/reception device comprising a controller.
