Abstract:
To provide a crushed coke scraping method capable of preventing an excessive load from being applied to a furnace wall when scraping crushed coke.SOLUTION: A crushed coke scraping method comprises: determining a relationship between a ram load and a side wall load by extruding a coke cake with a test extrusion ram; determining the relationship between the ram load and the side wall load by scraping simulated crushed coke with the test extrusion ram; determining a first ram load upper limit value that is a ram load upper limit value when scraping the coke cake, and a second ram load upper limit value that is the ram load upper limit value when scraping the simulated crushed coke corresponding to the first ram load upper limit value; determining a ratio of the second ram load upper limit value to the first ram load upper limit value; calculating a third ram load upper limit value by multiplying the ram load upper limit value of the extrusion ram of a coke oven by a load bias ratio; calculating a fourth ram load upper limit value by multiplying the third ram load upper limit value by the ratio; and scraping the crushed coke so as not to exceed the fourth ram load upper limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
