Abstract:
To easily set a transfer parameter by measuring a transfer time of a belt-like work-piece according to a press speed without depending on a rotation angle of a crank shaft even if a press operation is executed by non-continuous rotation of an electric motor or a press operation is executed by reciprocating a slide in the vicinity of a bottom dead point at an unequal angular speed in association with continuous rotation of the crank shaft.SOLUTION: A transfer time between a transfer start teaching signal of a belt-like work-piece, which is outputted by slide position detection means 21 at timing at which a movable metal mold of a slide is moved to a first movement position at which the movable metal mold is separated from a stationary metal mold, and a transfer stop teaching signal of the belt-like work-piece, which is outputted at timing at which the movable metal mold of the slide is moved to a second movement position at which the movable metal mold approaches the stationary metal mold, is measured during a test operation of a press machine, and a transfer parameter of the belt-like work-piece by an electric motor 29 is set on the basis of the measured transfer time and a transfer length of the belt-like work-piece.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
