Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersion method for granular powders capable of carrying out the volume regulating dispersion of the granular powder on a material to be dispersed at high dispersion accuracy.SOLUTION: A hopper 2 used in a dispersion method for granular powders in this invention has a storage part 20 capable of temporarily storing the granular powder P fed from a feeding part 1, and the storage part 20 has an inclined plane 20A inclining in a vertical direction Z. The dispersion method has a process of discharging the powder P from the lower end discharge port 2b of the hopper 2 while forming and maintaining a mount P0 of the granular powder by feeding the powder P from the feeding part 1 on a powder deposit P1 in such a state that the powder P is temporarily stored in the storage part 20 and the powder deposit P1 is formed. In the above powder discharging process, feeding of the powder P from the feeding part 1 is controlled so that the mount P0 of the powder on the deposit P1 does not overlap the extension area S of the discharge port 2b and does not contact the inclined plane 20A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
