Abstract:
Provided is a method for sterilizing food, the method being capable of sterilizing germs or microorganisms that enter tissue of food such as vegetables. The method for sterilizing food comprises: an introduction step for introducing a microbicidal substance into a container that stores food having fine pores on the surface thereof; and a sterilization step for increasing the pressure inside the container and impregnating the microbicidal substance into the fine pores of the food.
