Power from an outdoor electric wire 102 is fed to a power supply distribution device 103 in a house electric appliance hub 101. On the other hand, an electric signal or an optical signal from an outdoor communication line 104 is fed into a communication line distributer 105 in the house electric appliance hub 101. The communication line distributer 105 distributes an electric signal or an optical signal to a single or a plurality of communication line supply devices 107, and each communication line supply device 107 supplies an electric signal or an optical signal to the indoor communication line connector 109.
