PURPOSE: To enable an operator to ensure a good forward field of vision and further to provide convenience for transportation and storage with no voluminousness without providing an upper part structure in a cockpit.

CONSTITUTION: In a hull wherein a cockpit with no upper part structure is formed in a region surrounded by a bow deck 18 and a bulwark 14, the base end part of a steering pole 41 of providing a steering handle 4 in the point end part is rotatably mounted about a horizontal shaft 43 in this cockpit. This steering pole 41 is extended in a stern direction and stored in a position lower than an upper end part of the bulwark 14, to constitute the steering handle 4 liftable to a position higher than the upper end part of the bulwark 14 at the time of operating the handle.
