[Solution] An intra-body communication device including: a transmission unit that performs first frame transmission using intra-body communication in a frame transmission period of a host device that is decided in advance, regardless of presence or absence of data to be transmitted, while communication is continued. The transmission unit stops the first frame transmission while second frame transmission is being performed by a communication partner in the frame transmission period of the host device.
