To provide a human body detector which starts the count display of a stopping time only after the lapse of a set time without displaying a counting state on an information part or a display part directly after detecting the absence of the movement of a person with a sensor.
The detector is provided with a count display means which starts the display of counting with a counter on a display means at a time after the lapse of the set time and before the lapse of the prescribed time from the start of counting. Thus, though the stoppage of the movement of the human body is determined, count displaying is not longer started instantly and nothing is displayed on the display means before the passage of the set time. Since counting by the timer is continued after determination of stoppage, any problem is not caused to alarming later. Attention is aroused by count displaying after the lapse of the set time.
