To conduct a human-flow simulation in a building capable of integrally simulating and assessing flows of people in the building.
The horizontal and vertical flows of people in the building are integrally simulated by combining an in-floor human flow simulator for simulating human movement, an elevator movement simulator for simulating movement of an elevator and an elevator getting on/off simulator for simulating people getting on/off the elevator and are displayed on an in-floor human flow display means for displaying flow of people in a floor and an elevator operation display means for displaying an operation state of the elevator. As a result, as interaction of the human flows in the floor and elevator operation can be simulated in a process for simulating people getting on/off the elevator by the elevator getting on/off simulator, the whole human flow in the building including elevator transit action can be simulated and assessed integrally.
