Abstract:

PURPOSE: To prepare a human low-affinity Fc-receptor, by transforming a host organism with a vector containing a code sequence of a specific human low-affinity Fc-receptor and its glycosylated derivative.

CONSTITUTION: A proper host organism is transformed with an expression vector containing a code sequence of a recombinant DNA molecule or its degenerative derivative containing a genetic information of a human low-affinity Fc-receptor or its glycosylated derivative containing an N-terminal cytoplasma domain and C-terminal extracellular domain and having a molecular weight of about 46Kd. The objective polypeptide is separated from the produced transformant to obtain the recombinant human low-affinity Fc-receptor and its glycosylated derivative substantially free from the other human-originated proteins and containing the amino acid sequence of formula.
