To provide a human antibody which contains the one CDR from each variable heavy and variable light chain of at least one murine monoclonal antibody, against respiratory syncytial virus which is MAb1129 and the use thereof for the prevention and/or treatment of RSV infection.
The complementarity determining region (CDR) transplanted human antibody against RSV antigen includes at least one CDR in each of a variable heavy chain and a variable light chain in at least one monoclonal antibody. The monoclonal antibody may be derived from any non-human animal, however, preferably from that of rodents, and most preferably the monoclonal antibody from that of murine. Preferably the murine monoclonal antibody is a neutralizing antibody. Preferably the murine antibody is an antibody against RSV F antigen.
