Abstract:
To provide a human wearable electronic key and an authentication system that can eliminate the hassle of charging a battery.SOLUTION: An electrode 18 for human body communication is formed on a steering wheel of a vehicle 1. When a user wearing a human body-mounted electronic key 2 grasps the steering wheel and establishes human body communication between electrodes 18 and 24, a human body communication unit 10 switches the human body-mounted electronic key 2 to a charge mode through the human body communication. Subsequently, the human body communication unit 10 outputs a transmission wave that can charge a battery 25 of the human body-mounted electronic key 2 to the human body-mounted electronic key 2 through the human body communication. The human-mounted electronic key 2 performs AC/DC conversion on the transmission wave acquired through the human body communication by a conversion unit 30 and charges the battery 25 on the basis of the converted transmission wave.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
