Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a humid solid matter continuous incinerator, never stagnating humid solid matters in a narrow choked part under leaning condition to each other, capable of dropping the matters to be incinerated smoothly into a combustion unit and releasing smoke; generated by combustion, efficiently while improved in the drying efficiency of humid solid matters and prominent in the combustion efficiency of the matters to be incinerated.
CONSTITUTION: A humid solid matters continuous incinerator is provided with a bottomed hollow cylindrical reserving unit 11 and a bottomed hollow cylindrical combustion unit 12, connected to the reserving unit 11 continuously, while the whole periphery of a predetermined place in the combustion unit 12 is choked so as to have a chevron type section to form a narrow choked part 13 and a plurality of vertical frame members 14, whose lower end is located on the slanted upper surface 13a of the narrow choked part 13 and fixed to the vicinity of the narrowest part, are established at the inner peripheral side of the reserving unit 11 above the narrow choked part 13 with a predetermined space. An air gap unit 15, communicated up-and-down, is formed at a place near the internal peripheral surface of the reserving unit 11 while a secondary combustion unit 20, communicated with and connected to the combustion unit 12, is provided at the side of the combustion unit 12 while a flue unit 50, communicated with an connected to the secondary combustion unit 20 from the upper end of the air gap unit 15 of the reserving unit 11, is provided.
