A steam generating port 11 to be connected with a water pan 7 to be mounted with a water tank 6 and a evaporation pan 9 is integrally formed on an intermediate bottom 3a integrated with a shell member 3. Water W flown out in the water pan 7 is made flow through a communication passage 16 to the evaporation pan 9 and heated for evaporation by a heater 8. A steam pipe 26 is mounted above the steam generating port 11 to face a steam exhaust port 26d on the upper end of the steam pipe 26 against a steam port 32 of a lid 4. An aroma vessel 41 is equipped above the steam pipe 16 so that the aroma vessel 41 is brought in contact with steam to heat and the steam after contact is mixed with the aroma component effused from aroma liquid A in the aroma vessel 41 and effused.
