To easily determine leakage state of a four-way valve in a humidity conditioner.
This humidity conditioner (10) includes a first and a second adsorption heat exchangers (51, 52), one of which performs adsorption operation for adsorbing moisture and the other of which performs regeneration operation for separating moisture, a refrigerant circuit (50) to which a four-way valve (55) is connected, and a control section (110) for controlling the four-way valve (55). The humidity conditioner (10) conditions humidity of air passing through the first and the second adsorption heat exchangers (51, 52) and supplies into a room, switching adsorption operation and regeneration operation of the first and the second adsorption heat exchangers (51, 52) by alternately switching a circulating direction of refrigerant with the four-way valve (55) by the control section (110). The humidity conditioner (10) further includes pipe temperature sensors (94, 95) for detecting the temperature of refrigerant before and after passing through the four-way valve (55) and a leakage determining section (120) for determining a leakage condition of the four-way valve (55) based on the results of the detection by the pipe temperature sensors (94, 95).
