To provide a humidity detector which improves a yield during manufacture.SOLUTION: A humidity detector includes: a humidity detection part; a first semiconductor chip on which a plurality of pads are formed along a first side facing a second side; a second semiconductor chip on which the first semiconductor chip is mounted, and which performs signal processing on the basis of signals input via bonding wires connected to the pads; and a sealing member including an opening which exposes the humidity detection part and whose center is positioned closer to the second side than the center position of the first semiconductor chip.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
