Abstract:
To provide temperature control which is useful to minimize the thermal damage of clothing by improving the energy efficiency of a clothing drier.
The humidity modulation double-set-point temperature controller includes a humidity detector 10 and a double-set-point temperature controller 12 which is connected thereto and turns ON and OFF a heater element 14 of the drier at two temperature set points. The two set points of the temperature controller are controlled as a function of measured humidity. Parameters other than the humidity can be used to control the double set points of the temperature controller.
