Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a storage ratio of a secondary battery without increasing a carbon dioxide emission or deteriorating fuel consumption.SOLUTION: When restoration of a storage ratio (SOC) of a battery is instructed (S120), if traveling power Pdrv is equal to or more than a threshold Pth (drive power) (S140), the traveling power Pdrv is set to engine requested power Pe*, and an engine, a motor MG1 and a motor MG2 are controlled such that requested torque Tr*, within a range of battery input and output limits Win, Wout, is output to a drive shaft along with output of the engine requested power Pe* from the engine 22 (S150, S160), and if the traveling power Pdrv is less than the threshold Pth (braking power), a torque instruction Tm2* for the motor MG2 is set such that all of the requested torque Tr* (braking torque) is output from the motor MG2, and the motor MG2 is controlled (S170).
