PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem wherein a hybrid driving device for transmitting an output of a motor for driving as an assist to a driving wheel becomes large when request driving force of an automobile is large to lower vehicle mountability.
SOLUTION: This device is constituted to transmit an output of an internal combustion engine 5 to an output shaft 16 by being continuously shifted by a planetary gear 9 for power distribution by controlling a motor 7 for control. The output of the motor 101 for driving is shifted to speed reduction rotation of two stages by an automatic transmission 301 to be inputted into the output shaft 16. The transmission device 301 is constituted to obtain desired torque by considerably reducing speed at the time of low vehicle speed and to obtain a desired number of rotation by moderately reducing speed at the time of high vehicle speed.
