Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a satisfactory gain over wide band width at a vehicle radio antenna having a short full length. CONSTITUTION: A logarithmic/cyclic form for improving the gain over the wide band width is applied to a monopole antenna 13 having the full length as long as the about 1/2 wavelength of signal in any desired broadcasting band. Since the logarithmic/cyclic antenna and a half wavelength monopole antenna are made into hybrid, the size of antenna 13 mounted to a vehicle 10 is reduced so as to be arranged on glass 11 of vehicle together with a fog heater grating 12.
