To safely and surely acquire contents even if a peer can not be connected by redundantly accumulating information without leaking the information to the peer.

In the hybrid peer-to-peer communication network system, an index server 5 manages system connection states (log-on, log-off) of peers 1-4 by polling or the like, a data providing peer stores encrypted contents into a peer of a mirroring destination under an instruction by the index server 5, and a data requesting peer acquires desired contents from the peer of the mirroring destination and decodes the acquired contents, while the data storage destination peer logs off, under key management by the index server 5.
