This hybrid power generating charger seeks for higher efficiency than a conventional basic AC charger. The drive rotor for drive of a small motor and the rotor for power generation are directly coupled with each other to perform active charge work. Furthermore, a storage battery for initial operation and stable supply and a voltage control IC substrate are annexed to the main machine. A control circuit operates automatically excepting generation of abnormal voltage since it repeats the start of power generation with switch ON, the switch OFF with specified voltage plus 10%, and the switch OFF with minus 10% by load. The integrated rotor for drive and power generation in explanatory drawing 8 is also possible of utilization as a power source for other small machine, being used as a simple motor with its overall length shortened. The dry battery types in figure 9, figure 10, and figure 11 are influenced by the popularization circumstances of a button type storage battery.
