This sheet is equipped with main classification reference numbers A, sub-classification reference numbers B, subsidiary classification reference numbers C, index frames D, cutoff frames H and folding lines E, all of which are printed in colors to be dropped out, or optical reading marks G, which are printed in colors not to be dropped out and read by an optical reader such as a scanner to a personal computer or the like so as to act as a judging mark of classification for storage, and bookmark parts F, which can get their effects by folding back along folding lines E.
