To provide a hybrid transmission capable of obtaining a high retreating driving force capable of performing slope road retreating starting by a simple constitution only for adding a continuation mechanism without raising an output of a motor generator.
A motor generator clutch MGC is provided between a first motor generator MG1 and a first motor generator input element of a differential device, and an engine clutch EC is provided between an engine E and an engine input element of the differential device. A series clutch SC is provided between the engine E and the first motor generator MG1. At retreating traveling, the engine clutch EC and the motor generator clutch MGC are released and the series clutch SC is fastened. A retreating traveling mode control means for performing control for retreating traveling the second motor generator MG2 is provided while a position other than a second motor generator MG2 is fixed on an alignment chart.
