PURPOSE: To obtain an amino resin composn. which can undergo hybrid type curing by compounding an amino resin, a coreactant of the resin, a (meth) acryloyl unsaturated compd., an allyl or vinylene arylene methylidyne compd. and a metal sulfonate.

CONSTITUTION: A composn. which can be cured by hybrid type way or thermally is obtd. contg. (A) an alcoxymethyl amino resin component, (B) a functional component coreactive with the resin, (C) a (meth)acryloyl component, (D) an allyl or vinylene arylene methylidyne component, and (E) a metal sulfonate of the metal selected from among I B, III B, IV B, V B, VI B, and VII B in the CAS periodical table. This compsn. is usable to cover various materials such as water, paper, glass, metal, plastic, cloth, etc.
