Abstract:
To provide a control device for a hybrid vehicle capable of preventing overspeed of an internal combustion engine even in a state where an intermittent operation of the internal combustion engine is prohibited.SOLUTION: A control device 35 is configured to enable traveling through an intermittent operation of an internal combustion engine 2 in a hybrid vehicle 1 including: a first motor generator 25 for power generation; and the internal combustion engine 2 and a second motor generator 26 that can output traveling driving force. The control device 35 includes: estimation means for estimating oil dilution amount of the internal combustion engine 2; measurement means for measuring a temperature of an exhaust emission control catalyst provided in the internal combustion engine 2; and detection means for detecting speed of the internal combustion engine 2 and rotational frequency of the first motor generator 25. When the oil dilution amount exceeds a predetermined value and a catalyst temperature exceeds a predetermined value, intermittent stop of the internal combustion engine 2 is prohibited and control responsiveness of the first motor generator 25 is enhanced or a speed upper limit threshold value of the internal combustion engine 2 is lowered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
