To provide a drive device for a hybrid vehicle integrated with an inverter and decreased in size.
The drive device for the hybrid vehicle comprises a motor generator MG2 coaxially disposing rotation center shafts of rollers and a motor generator MG1 disposed behind the MG2; a power dividing mechanism disposed coaxially with a rotation center shaft of a crank shaft and between the motor generators MG1, MG2; and a power control unit 21 controlling the motor generators MG1, MG2. In the power control unit 21, at least a reactor L1 and a smooth capacitor C2 are respectively disposed on a first side and a second side by dividing. The motor generators MG1, MG2, the power dividing mechanism, and a power control unit 21 are stored in a metallic case and integrated.
