PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse an unreacted guest substance.SOLUTION: There is provided a hydrate production apparatus 100 which comprises a raw material water cooling part 140, an air-liquid mixing part 150 for mixing cooled raw material water and a raw material gas, a separation part 160 for separating unreacted gas from a mixture generated in the air-liquid mixing part and a first recovery unit 200 for recovering a guest substance from the unreacted gas separated by the separation part, wherein the air-liquid mixing part 150 uses the guest substance recovered by the first recovery unit 200 as the raw material gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
