This hydration exothermic composition comprises a monoglyceride or triglyceride or a mixture thereof and ≥5 wt.% of a polyethylene glycol. The glyceride component is ester(s) of glycerol and 8-22C saturated or unsaturated fatty acid(s). The composition is used in the form of an aerosol preparation, spay preparation, pumping preparation or liquid preparation.
