Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate design of a system conformed to operability by individually controlling a meter-in flow rate flowing to the hydraulic actuator side, a bleed-off flow rate flowing to the tank side, and a meter-out flow rate flowing from the hydraulic actuator to the tank side, according to the manipulated variable.
SOLUTION: A control valve 9 is constituted as a meter-out pressure compensated flow control valve changed only in meter-out opening area according to the lever manipulated variable, while a meter-in line 14 connecting a hydraulic pump 7 to a meter-in port of the valve 9 is provided with a meter-in pressure compensated flow control valve 15, and a bleed-off line 16 connecting a bleed-off port of the valve 9 to a tank T is provided with a bleed-off pressure compensated flow control valve 17. An opening area characteristic is so set that the control valve 15 is increased in the opening area in proportion to the increase of the lever manipulated variable and that the control valve 17 is decreased. With this individual control of each flow rate, a system conformed to operability intended by an operator can be easily designed in a short time without trial-and- error work.
