To provide a hydraulic actuator capable of simplifying a hydraulic circuit while providing compatibility between vehicle height adjustment control and vehicle attitude control, and a vehicular suspension device using it.
In the vehicular suspension device 1 provided with the hydraulic actuator 20 carrying out the pressurization and pressure reduction of both second oil chambers 25 and 26 by the axial movement of a second piston unit 22, and a pair of cushion units 2 and 3, a hydraulic jack 13 is arranged on one end side of each cushion unit 2 and 3, and first oil chambers 16 of the hydraulic jacks 13 are communicated with both oil chambers 25 and 26 of the hydraulic actuators 20, respectively. The hydraulic actuator 20 is provided with a rack 31 used as a hydraulic cylinder used as a length changing means for changing the axial length of the second piston unit 22.
