CONSTITUTION: This device comprises an air-filled water-proof capsule 19 immersed in a working chamber, and parted by a rigid partition wait 20 integrally coupled with an armature 3 or a head part 1 and a piston 12, a circumferential edge part of the piston 12 is connected to the rigid partition wall 20 by a water- proof and deformable circular joint, and the piston is disposed in the middle of a drive mechanism 14 and the rigid partition wall 20 in the axial direction through a liquid-filled space C forming part of the working chamber with the rigid partition wall 20.
