Abstract:

To provide a cement composition exhibiting excellent neutralization resistance without deteriorating the characteristics of alumina cement itself and used in a civil engineering and building field and cement concrete using the same.

The hydraulic cement composition contains the alumina cement and γ-2CaO-SiO2powder. The cement concrete uses the hydraulic cement composition. A cement concrete hardened body has a surface layer comprising the cement concrete.
