PURPOSE: To reduce the number of hydraulic hoses laid between the turntable side and the workbench side in an elevated spot working vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: A first solenoid change-over valve 12 for controlling the flow of operating oil delivered from a hydraulic pump 10 is installed upstream of a master level cylinder 6 installed on the turntable side, and a decond solenoid change-over valve 15 is provided downstream of the master level cylinder 6. The second solenoid change-over valve 15 is normally held in a position of communicating the master level cylinder 16 with a slave level cylinder 7 installed on the workbench 5 side, but changed, at the change-over time, into a position of communicating the master level cylinder 6 with a rotary cylinder 8 installed on the workbench side. This results in having two communicating passages 16 (hydraulic hoses) to be lined between the master level cylinder 6 on the turntable side and the second solenoid change-over valve 15 on the work bench side, and these communicating passages 16 are used in common between the slave level cylinder 7 and rotary cylinder 8.
