To provide a hydraulic circuit for a hydraulic motor to control a brake pressure generated during the stop of the hydraulic motor by providing a simple circuit structure, thereby reducing the number of parts, resulting in achieving cost reduction.
A brake valve 22 of a hydraulic circuit is provided with a communicating passage 36 interconnecting supply/drain passages 24, 25, a first spool 28 traveling from a neutral position to interconnect the communicating passage 36 and the supply/drain passage 24, and a second spool 29 traveling from a neutral position to interconnect the communicating passage 36 and the supply/drain passage 25, and restriction parts are provided at the communicating passage and at least either of the first spool and the second spool. The travels of the spools when the hydraulic motor 85 stops interconnect the individual supply/drain passages and the communicating passage to flow pressurized fluid from a supply/drain passage on a higher pressure side to a supply/drain passage on a lower pressure side through the restriction part.
