To provide a hydraulic continuously variable transmission device capable of generating a wide range of continuously variable change as well in the speed increase as decrease and thereby establishing a high total efficiency.
A first hydraulic device 100 and a second hydraulic device 200 equipped with a yoke 37 are combined and have a cylinder block 24 in common. A hydraulic closed circuit is provided for circulation of a lubricating oil between the first plunger chamber R1 and second plunger chamber R2, and the arrangement of this continuously variable transmission device includes a division in which the first plunger chamber R1 is in communication with the first oil chamber 53 while the cylinder block 24 rotates one turn round the axis and a division having a communication with the second oil chamber 54, and further a division in which the second plunger chamber R2 is in communication with the first oil chamber 53 while the yoke 37 rotates one turn with respect to the cylinder block 24 round the axis and a division having a communication with the second oil chamber 54, whrein the constitution contains a range in which the stroke capacity of the first hydraulic device 100 exceeds the stroke capacity of the second hydraulic device 200.
