Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lubricate an upper die and a lower die enough.
SOLUTION: In a die for pressing which is made to form a work between an upper die attached on a slide and a lower die attached on a bolster 5 side, a hydraulic cylinder 10 is installed on the lower part of the lower die, a hydraulic room 10d of the hydraulic cylinder 10 and the inside of a hydraulic tank 18 pressurized with an air are connected through a relief valve 16, a knock out installed freely sliding up and down inside the lower die is applied with a backing pressure, and a switching valve 33 to intercept supplying of the air is installed between the hydraulic tank 18 and an air source 28. Then, because the knock out is held at the lowering position by changing the switching valve 33 after forming, the inside of cavities of the upper and lower dies can be lubricated enough, therefore, the shortage of lubricant can be solved.
