This hydraulic controlling mechanism is provided with a delay relief valve which is inserted into a hydraulic circuit serving as a hydraulic fluid feeding line and increases oil hydraulics of hydraulic fluid against a hydraulic clutch to be locked from initial hydraulics to defined hydraulics, and an opening diameter restricting oil quantity of hydraulic fluid which interacts with a control piston of the delay relief valve is enlarged according to a pressure increase of a hydraulic circuit in a continuously variable transmission.
