To carry out follow-up of a car elevation speed detection value, in which a high frequency noise is reduced, with a car command, to convert the elevation speed of the car into an electric motor speed, and to feed back the electric motor speed detection value to a hydraulic pump driving electric motor speed controlling means so as to control the elevation with high precision.
On the basis of a deviation between a car speed command and a car speed detection value a high frequency noise component in car speed detection is reduced by a noise reducing means 11, and using this error signal, a car speed target value correcting signal is computed by a target value follow-up controlling means 12 so that the car speed follows the car speed command. A car speed target value generated by mean of a target value follow-up controlling means 12, an elevator characteristic change compensating means 18, a vibration suppressing means 19 is converted into an electric motor speed command by means of a speed converting means 13. To a hydraulic pump driving electric motor speed controlling means 14 to which the converted value is inputted, a hydraulic pump driving electric motor speed detection value detected by an electric motor speed detecting means 1 is fed back, and the electric motor speed can follow the hydraulic pump driving electric motor speed target value.
