PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydraulic machine equipment capable of suppressing generation of a suction swirl, and capable of suppressing development of the generated suction swirl.SOLUTION: Hydraulic machine equipment 1 according to an embodiment includes: water tank 3 storing water having a free surface 2, and having a side wall 6a and a water inlet 7 on the side wall 6a; a horizontal pipe 4 connected to the water inlet 7, and extending in a horizontal direction; a hydraulic machine 5 into which water from the horizontal pipe 4 flows; and an upper plate 20 arranged above the water inlet 7 and attached to the side wall 6a. The upper plate 20 extends to an inner side of the water tank 3 from the side wall 6a, and is upwardly tilted to the inner side of the water tank 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
