Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a transfer layer of superior sharpness and weather resistance by forming a transfer printing layer by using printing ink containing mixed resin prepared by mixing fluorine resin with acrylic resin as a vehicle.
SOLUTION: When the mixing ratio of fluorine resin in a vehicle is low, a transfer layer of superior weather resistance cannot be manufactured, and the force of controlling the excessive deformation of a base film becomes weak. When the mixing ratio of acrylic resin is low, a printing layer for transfer is hard to activate. The ratio of fluorine resin and acrylic resin when the total amount is set as 100 pts.wt. is that fluorine resin is 45-85 pts.wt., and acrylic resin is 55-15 pts.wt. An ultraviolet absorbent of approximately 0.5-10 pts.wt. and a light stabilizer of approximately 0.5-10 pts.wt. are added to printing ink and an inorganic pigment is used for the printing ink to improve the weather resistance of the transfer layer.
